On Tuesday 26 February 2008 Director of TAT Central, Region 2 Khun Wibull Nimitvanitch has arranged the final meeting at Long Beach Hotel in Cha Am in order to finalize preparation for the 10th Thailand International Kite Festival to be held in Hua Hin - Cha Am area.
To the meeting were invited staff from every government division; Khun Thawatchai Rakkanarp Chief District Officer, the Commander of Border Police of Naresuan and Praram 6, Lord Mayor, Municipality staff, Chief Police Officer from Cha Am Police station and all TAT staff from Region 2 office. In total there were about one hundred persons.
Governor of Petchaburi Province Khun Sayumporn Limthai was the chairman of the meeting. It has been decided that the 10th Thailand International Kite Festival will organized during 8 - 9 March 2008. For the competition will be used field in Naresuan area. This year, at the 10th Thailand International Kite Festival there will be kites from 16 countries. The biggest will be Chula & Pak Pao kite which will come from abroad.

Thai Kites Show.
Kites will come from 4 Thai Regions; there will be kite from Rattanakosin Era.
Chula and Pak Pao Kites Competition
There will be world largest Chula kite show, fast kite flying and exhibition workshop.
International Kite Show
There will be Kite Show from 16 countries with Giant Chula show, Night Kite Show; Stunt Kite Show
Activities and Workshop
There will be kite stall contest, kite arts activities, kite workshop, parachuting show, remote-controlled small airplane show, balloon show, visit the summer seaside place of HM the King Rama VI, OTOP Fair and safe Global Warming Caravan.
