There are a lot of pictures and videos about Hua Hin as it has been well known tourist destination for over hundred years. He has suggested that Hua Hin residents should preserve the history of their town themselves. They should designate a place where historical pictures, film clips and other items can be exhibited to the public.
Hua Hin Mayor Khun Jira Pongpaibool will arrange another meeting within 2 weeks to discuss this project further. Khun Kwansroung who is expert in this area will share his experience and provide advice. Khun Jira budget will be allocated for this project. It is important that Hua Hin history is preserved. Hua Hin Municipality has been almost one hundred years and it was the first Municipality of Thailand. Lord Mayor Presart Suknikorn was the first Hua Hin.
