Sansiri Plc continues to expand in Hua Hin with the launch of its 1.2-billion-baht Baan Nub Kluen condominium, says chairman Apichart Chutrakul.
The development will have seven four-storey buildings and one seven-storey building to house 180 units at sizes between 58 and 280 square metres and prices starting from 2.7 million baht.
Baan Nub Kluen, situated on Kao Tao Beach and being developed in a coastal village style, is Sansiri's third development this year in the Hua Hin area. Its two earlier projects with combined value of 1.2 billion baht are Baan San Pluem, developed by Sansiri itself, and Baan San Dao, which the company developed and is managing sales for its partners.
Mr Apichart said the two earlier developments had received a good response with sales closing in just a few weeks.
"This reflects the constant demand for premium products and the confidence that our buyers have in Sansiri, so we are able to close sales in a very short time," he said.
Samatcha Promsiri, the company's senior manager for marketing, said the continuous success of Sansiri in developing premium residential units in resort locations emphasised the company's leadership in the segment.
Sansiri plans to apply localised marketing for the official launch of Baan Nub Kluen from Oct 20-23, with marketing activities on the beach in the town to create awareness.
Red Lotus Property Co, a Sansiri subsidiary, also has two projects in the area: Sida Tropical Villa and Busaba Pool Villa.
Shares of Sansiri (SIRI) closed on Friday on the Stock Exchange of Thailand at 3.88 baht, up four satang, in trade worth 12.65 million baht.
