In October 2007 Chief Judge Khun Pralom Kashane and Governor of Prachuab Khiri Khan Khun Prasong Pitulkisja went to Bangsaparn Village to meet fifteen families. The families have took bank loans or put land deeds as a bail for their children.
Children of these families were accused of committing robberies and were facing criminal charges against them. The fifteen families have paid bail and their children avoided criminal cases in the court, but now the families were in situation where there was a prospect of their properties being confiscated.
Khun Pralom and Khun Prasong met the families and have reached agreement with them. They will pay the cost of bail in monthly installments. The villagers were very grateful for the arrangements thanks to which they avoided bankruptcy.
