There is a number of expat associations and clubs in Hua Hin which you can join and meet other people.

Hua Hin Hash House HarriersHash House Harriers
Hua Hin Hash House Harriers (H2H3), a mixed hash, was founded in July 2000. If you enjoy running and socialising, look no further than the Hua Hin Hash House Harriers. There is also The Hua Cha Hash Pedalers,a bicycle hash which meets monthly for trips in the Hua Hin / Cha Am area. They are not racing, they just get together and ride apredetermined route after which they stop for some cooling beverage and maybe a meal. This a social and they just ride for the fun. Everyone is welcome to join.

Runs: 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month
Start Time: 5:00 pm
Fee: Baht 100 for drinkers as well as non-drinkers

Hua Hin Golf SocietyHua Hin Golf Society
Members of Hua Hin Golf Society meet and play every Tuesday and Friday at local golf courses. You will need to pay a membership fee. The rules and up-to-date information can be obtained from Bernie's Bar or their website

The Butterfly Rock Golf ClubThe Butterfly Rock Golf Club
The Butterfly Rock Golf Club has been created in March 2006 and it is based on the traditions of a British golf club, for residents and long term visitors to this popular holiday resort. It has currently 70 members. New members must be residents of Hua Hin and have handicaps of no more then 28 for men and 36 for women.

The Butterfly Rock Golf Club has a club house at the Butterfly Rock Bar in Soi Sarawat and has a second clubhouse at the Limelight Bar & Guesthouse in Soi Selakam near the Hilton Hotel. You can play in our roll ups every Monday at Lakeview Golf and Country Club and every Friday at Palm Hills Golf and Country Club. We play competitions every Wednesdays at various local and away courses. Guests are always welcome to play in these competitions but must have a valid handicap certificate. Thai Language and Thai Cooking Classes
Rajabhat Petchaburi University has a program, which will host a number of Thai language classes for foreigners living in Hua Hin. The course will be offered as a 45-hour course upon completion the participants will be able to communicate fluently with Thai people. There is a great number of foreigners living in Hua Hin and a lot of these people have a Thai spouse. The other courses will be offered are Thai cooking courses which will draw a lot of interest and entusiasts from Hua Hin and the neighboring towns and cities.
